Through flowing postures and mindful transitions, participants will explore how Tai Chi nurtures balance, coordination, and energy flow – while fostering a deep sense of calm and embodiment. Whether you’re moving for health, clarity, or inner peace, this practice offers a grounding reset for body and mind.

The session also offers a gentle introduction to the art of Tai Chi Sword (Taijijian), an elegant extension of Tai Chi that symbolizes precision, grace, and the unity of movement and intention. With demonstrations and guided exploration, you’ll appreciate its symbolic depth and embodied discipline. Come as you are, and leave with a renewed sense of fluidity, stillness, and alignment – both within and around you.
