You’ll be guided through foundational techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breath), and Brahmari (humming breath) – each one chosen for its ability to regulate the nervous system, soothe emotional reactivity, and restore inner equilibrium.
