Erin Lee is the Founder and Mindfulness Coach of Mindful Moments Singapore, dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations with mindfulness tools for well-being and resilience. A Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher, Erin trained with the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness and holds a Master of Science in Studies in Mindfulness from the University of Aberdeen. She is also a Certified Stress Management Consultant and trained to teach the .b mindfulness curriculum to youth through the Mindfulness in Schools Project.

Erin’s approach weaves science-based mindfulness practice with deep compassion, supporting clients across corporate, educational, and community settings in both English and Chinese. Her vision is to integrate mindfulness as a way of life-accessible, intentional, and transformative. With a background as a polytechnic lecturer and Dharma music vocalist, Erin brings presence and purpose to her work and life. At IMPACT Week, she will share how cultivating awareness in everyday moments can unlock clarity, connection, and calm in the face of today’s challenges.
