Henry Phua
OCTAVE Living
Henry Phua began his yoga journey in 2006, initially drawn by curiosity and physical practice. Over time, yoga evolved into a lifelong path of inner inquiry and healing. He has completed multiple teacher trainings, including with Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Institute and Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in India, as well as Ashtanga Yoga training with Chuck Miller. With over a decade of teaching experience, Henry creates inclusive spaces that prioritize safety, adaptability, and mindful practice.
His exploration deepened into therapeutic realms, integrating Yin Yoga, sound healing, and energy modalities such as Reiki, tuning forks, crystals, and Cymatics. Today, his work bridges ancient wisdom with subtle energy practices to address both physical and emotional imbalances. He is also expanding his healing repertoire through Akashic and Angelic energy work.
At IMPACT Week, Henry invites participants to experience restfulness, self-awareness, and balance through practices that awaken inner harmony-offering sound and movement as gateways to presence and the joy of living.
