Kenrick Goh
OCTAVE Living
Kenrick is a movement and healing practitioner whose journey spans yoga, Taijiquan, Qigong, meditation, and shamanic healing. A former national and international Taijiquan competitor, Kenrick turned to yoga in 2009 to ease physical tension. What began as physical relief evolved into a profound exploration of healing and consciousness.
In 2013, he deepened his practice under Ana Forrest, founder of Forrest Yoga, where he embraced a breath-focused, emotionally transformative approach to movement. This led him to explore energy healing through Reiki and Shamanism, expanding his capacity to guide others through multidimensional pathways of well-being.
Kenrick now integrates ancient martial wisdom, mindful movement, and energy work into holistic practices that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of the self. At IMPACT Week, he offers a grounded yet expansive invitation: to reconnect with breath, restore balance, and access new ways of seeing and healing-within and beyond the body.
