Jeanette Chan
Jeanette Chan is a certified art therapist and regression therapist based in Singapore, whose work bridges creative expression with deep psychological healing. After 13 years in the corporate sector, her passion for art and desire to make a difference led her to a meaningful career transition into the healing arts.
Jeanette works primarily with children and young adults in educational and community settings, and has served as President of the Art Therapists’ Association of Singapore. She is also a published writer and speaker, advocating for the therapeutic role of art in mental wellness and emotional resilience.
Combining art therapy with regression techniques, Jeanette helps individuals access and reframe unconscious, early-life experiences stored in pre-verbal memory. Her approach supports safe, non-intrusive pathways for healing, empowerment, and creative integration. Through programs in schools and organizations, she fosters emotional well-being and stress management through artistic exploration.
At IMPACT Week, Jeanette shares how visual expression and memory work can gently unlock healing and awaken self-understanding.
