Nita is a spiritual coach devoted to guiding individuals toward wholeness through mind-body-spirit integration. With 19 years of experience across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, she has led retreats, workshops, and coaching sessions for diverse, multigenerational audiences-bridging private, corporate, and community spaces.
Nita draws on a rich professional background that spans corporate, academia, and nonprofit sectors. Her signature programs-Compassionate and Intuitive Listeners, Empowered Grace-Full Women, and New Ways of BEing-offer pathways for deeper self-connection and transformation. She coaches in both English and Chinese and also mentors others in this work.
Author of Simple Meditation for Busy Lives and Chinese Heart Songs, Nita is also an accomplished batik artist whose works have been exhibited internationally. Her creative and spiritual expressions are seamlessly woven into her coaching, helping individuals rediscover their essence and live with authenticity and grace.
