慈芯 Teresa Chuang

Teresa Chuang 博士出生于台湾，在马来西亚长大，拥有跨越三大洲的教育与工作经历。她获得中国政法大学国际经济法博士学位、英国白金汉大学国际法硕士学位以及西班牙外交学院国际关系与外交硕士学位，精通中文、英文和西班牙语。十余年来，她一直投身于国际公共服务与外交事务，现任北京国际交流协会可持续发展委员会执行副主席，专注于组织国际会议、推动跨境合作与管理可持续发展领域的项目伙伴关系。她曾与国家元首、政府官员、跨国企业领袖及知名学者展开广泛而深入的交流，展现出其独特的国际视野与对可持续发展的热情。

Dr. Teresa Chuang brings a unique blend of international expertise and passion for sustainable development. Born in Taiwan and raised in Malaysia, she has pursued advanced studies across three continents, earning a PhD in International Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law, an LLM in International Law from the University of Buckingham (UK), and a Master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Spanish Diplomatic Academy. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Spanish, Dr. Teresa has dedicated over a decade to international public service and diplomacy. As Executive Vice President of the Sustainable Development Committee at the Beijing International Exchange Association, she specializes in organizing international conferences, facilitating cross-border collaborations, and managing project partnerships in the sustainability sector. Her extensive diplomatic experience includes meaningful exchanges with heads of state, government officials, multinational corporate leaders, and prominent academics.
