牛学智先生现任Lochpine Capital牵头合伙人。牛先生于2010年5月-2011年11月任职于Pacific Alternative Asset Management，担任高级投资经理；2011年12月-2024年6月任职于中金资本，历任董事总经理，负责长周期欧美地区项目的发掘、尽调与投资。在加入Lochpine之前，牛先生已完成9支基金的募集工作，并成功完成50多笔投资，在全球私募市场规模管理超过18亿美元，并在中国私募市场投资超24亿美元，主导了对阿特斯太阳能、润泽科技、寒武纪等企业的投资。

牛先生出生于1986年4月，现年39岁，国籍为中国，持有清华大学工业工程学士学位（2004-2008年），以及美国Lehigh University金融分析硕士学位（2009-2010年）。

Mr. Xuezhi Niu is the Lead Partner at Lochpine Capital, the sole USD private equity investment platform within the CATL ecosystem. The fund specializes in investments related to the “global expansion of the battery/new energy industry chain” and “electrification, smartification, and new terminals”.

Previously, Mr. Niu was a Managing Director at CICC Capital from December 2011 to June 2024, where he focused on sourcing, due diligence, and investing in projects across Europe and the Americas. He began his career as a Senior Investment Manager at Pacific Alternative Asset Management (May 2010 – Nov 2011).

Throughout his career, Mr. Niu has successfully raised 9 funds and completed over 50 investments, managing over $1.8 billion globally and investing over $2.4 billion in China’s private market. He led key investments in companies such as Canadian Solar, Range Technology, and Cambricon Technologies.

Mr. Niu holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Master’s in Financial Analysis from Lehigh University.
