Begin your day with an invigorating yoga practice designed to awaken your energy, sharpen focus, and align your inner and outer intentions. This morning session combines dynamic movement, conscious breathing, and mindful presence – enhancing circulation, improving mobility, and elevating mental clarity.

Guided through thoughtful sequencing and set to uplifting music, participants will move through poses that help release stagnation, ignite inner strength, and cultivate resilience. Each breath becomes a bridge between body and mind, helping you ground into the present and prepare for the day ahead with purpose and vitality.

This accessible class is suitable for all levels – whether you’re a seasoned yogi or exploring the practice for the first time. You’ll leave feeling centered, energized, and empowered to meet your day with clarity, steadiness, and aliveness.

This session supports the Living Habits of Movement, Breathing, and Celebration of Life – embodying vitality as the foundation for meaningful impact. Mats and props will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and come ready to move.
