Rediscover the nourishment of cultural heritage in this tactile, slow food experience. Guided by skilled facilitators, participants will hand-mould their own traditional Ang Ku Kueh using naturally coloured sweet potato dough and mung bean or peanut filling. As you shape each kueh, mindfulness meets memory – inviting reflection on identity, care in creation, and the quiet joy of working with your hands. Rooted in tradition and crafted with natural ingredients, this session is a celebration of food as both art and ritual – restoring presence, connection, and appreciation through the simple act of making.
