This Forrest Yoga–inspired session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen to the quiet truths within. Rooted in mindful breathwork, longer-held poses, and intentional sequencing, the practice offers a safe space to explore both strength and vulnerability. Each posture becomes a doorway – releasing stored tension, awakening subtle energy, and creating space for reflection.
Rather than rushing through movement, we linger, allowing the body to speak and the mind to soften. This contemplative approach honours the 8 Living Habits – breathing with awareness, moving with purpose, and resting in stillness – while cultivating a grounded connection to self and environment.
