Based on the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, this session focuses on activating the trunk muscles while also engaging the arms, legs, and deep postural systems that support everyday movement.

Accessible to all ages and fitness levels, Mat Pilates emphasizes mindful control, breath awareness, and alignment. Movements are low-impact yet highly effective in helping to enhance posture, coordination, and muscular balance while promoting a strong, resilient spine.
