Rooted in the timeless wisdom of Buddhist tradition, this meditation practice guides you inward toward stillness and clarity. Through mindful breathing, gentle awareness, and observing thoughts without attachment, you’ll cultivate a calm and spacious mind. This session introduces foundational techniques from Buddhist meditation – such as Anapanasati (mindfulness of breathing) and Shamatha (calm abiding) – to help reduce mental chatter, soothe the nervous system, and deepen presence. Open to all levels, whether you’re new to meditation or returning to your cushion.
