Yoga Nidra: The Art of Conscious Rest
Thu 18 Sep 2025, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm (GMT+8:00)
Sanctuary 5 (Level 3 Suntec Convention Centre)
Enter a state of deep, conscious rest through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra – often called “yogic sleep.” This guided meditation brings you into a space between wakefulness and sleep, where the body softens, the mind quiets, and inner awareness gently expands.
In this session, you’ll be systematically guided through body sensing, breath awareness, and visualizations that release layers of physical, emotional, and mental tension. The practice creates a profound sense of ease and spaciousness, allowing the nervous system to reset and the mind to settle into stillness.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving sleep quality, enhancing creativity, and supporting recovery from fatigue or burnout. Its effects are cumulative, yet even one session can feel as restorative as several hours of deep sleep.
This is an invitation to surrender effort, lie back, and receive. Let the voice guide you inward, where deep rest becomes a portal to clarity, healing, and conscious renewal.
