彭倩 Winnie Qian Peng

彭倩教授现为香港科技大学金融学系商业实践副教授、金乐琦亚洲家族企业与家族办公室研究中心主任、康信商业案例研究中心主任和家族办公室及家族企业理学硕士课程联合主任。她还担任传承学院学术顾问、全球家族办公室平台Respada卓越传承中心主管、亚洲艺术品金融商学院学术顾问、亚太商学院联盟案例中心创始委员，以及香港创业及私募投资协会的讲师。

彭教授亦为香港上市公司裕承科金有限公司的独立非执行董事及其薪酬委员会成员。她也是全球最大的家族企业学者会员协会国际家族企业研究院IFERA的前董事会委员和香港家族办公室协会的前教育总监。

彭教授二十年来一直专注于家族企业、家族办公室、家族财富管理，家族影响力投资以及家族慈善方面的研究与教学。彭教授的研究发表于学术期刊以及国际或本地报刊杂志，亦撰写多篇有关家族企业及家族办公室的教学研究案例。彭教授为香港科技大学学生以及世界各地的企业家和超高净值人群提供度身定制的家族企业以及家族办公室课程，并经常获邀担任本地及国际会议的演讲嘉宾。

彭教授获清华大学会计学本科学位、香港科技大学金融学博士学位和哈佛商学院“私募股权与风险投资”高管培训文凭。

Professor Winnie Qian Peng is Associate Professor in Business Practice of Finance, Director of Roger King Center for Asian Family Business and Family Office, Director of Thompson Center for Business Case Studies, and Co-Director of MSc in Family Office and Family Business program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). She is also Academic Advisor of Legacy Academy, Fellow and Head of Center of Excellence – Legacy at Respada (a global family office platform), Academic Advisor of Asia Institute of Art & Finance, Founding Committee Member of the Case Center of Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools, and Instructor for PEVC training program of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association.

Professor Peng also serves as an independent non-executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee of ARTA TechFin (a listed financial services company in Hong Kong). She is also a former Board Member of International Family Enterprise Research Academy (IFERA, the largest membership association of family business scholars in the world) and former Director for Education of Family Office Association Hong Kong.

Prof. Peng has 20 years’ extensive research and teaching experience in the areas of family business, family office, family wealth management, family philanthropy, impact investing, etc. Her research articles have been published in academic journals as well as international and local media. She has written many case studies on Asian family businesses and family offices. Prof. Peng offers tailor-made family business and family office courses to HKUST students, family business owners and ultra-high-net-wealth individuals around the world. She is a frequent speaker at local and international conferences.

Professor Peng received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tsinghua University, and her PhD degree in Finance from HKUST. She is also a graduate of Harvard Business School Executive Education program “Private Equity and Venture Capital”.
