Christine Seng
Music-Based intervention for Mental Health
Christine Seng has over two decades of experience as a classical performer and music educator, I bring a unique lens to well-being by integrating music, neuroscience, and mental health. As a Certified Neuroscience Coach, CBT Therapist, and holder of a Master’s in Psychology, I design and deliver music-based interventions that enhance emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and foster psychological resilience.
My approach bridges evidence-based therapy with the intuitive, restorative power of sound and voice. From wellness singing sessions to one-on-one coaching, I support individuals in reconnecting with their embodied self-restoring presence, voice, and agency in daily life.
Currently, my work spans therapeutic practice, facilitation, and research on music-integrated mental health solutions. I’m committed to rehumanizing care through creative methodologies, ensuring that emotional healing becomes not only effective but accessible, meaningful, and sustainable.
