Fredrik Galtung is Co-Chief Facilitator of Catalyst Now, the world’s biggest movement for collaborative change, where he was one of the co-founders. Before Catalyst Now he was Founder CEO of TrueFootprint a social enterprise facilitating an ambitious collaboration for regenerative agriculture, with an emphasis on community agency and governance.

Fredrik spent over two decades in international development, anti-corruption and integrity building. He was Transparency International’s founding staff member and its Head of Research for a decade. In 2003 he co-founded Integrity Action which delivered the largest-scale bottom-up monitoring of development for thousands projects and over 3.4 million people in partnership with governments companies and development agencies. Fredrik has advised five presidents and over 20 governments on integrity and strategic corruption control.
