Meizi Tan
Meizi is a trauma-informed therapist and movement practitioner whose work bridges narrative therapy, somatics, and embodied healing. Certified as a Narrative Therapist, Social Worker, Yoga Teacher, and Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Facilitator, she is currently completing her professional certification in Somatic Experiencing® (2025).
With deep clinical experience supporting individuals and families impacted by single-event, developmental, relational, and complex trauma, Meizi integrates talk therapy with body-based approaches to foster resilience, regulation, and restoration. Her practice centers on helping clients attune to bodily sensations, recognize nervous system patterns, and cultivate tools for embodied safety and self-awareness.
Grounded in compassion and continuous learning, Meizi is committed to holding safe, responsive spaces that support healing from trauma-not only as psychological wounds, but as lived experiences stored in the body. Her integrative approach empowers individuals to reclaim agency and restore wholeness, gently guiding them toward greater well-being through presence and connection.
