Min Yi’s wellness journey began with a single walk through Telok Blangah Hills-a moment that sparked a lasting passion for movement. Once struggling with weight and sedentary habits, he went on to master disciplines like Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu before spending a decade in the corporate world. In 2015, he made a pivotal shift, transforming his fitness hobby into a vocation.
He completed a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training (Hatha/Ashtanga) and became an ACE-certified personal trainer, enabling him to guide others safely and holistically. His continuing education spans Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, and Qigong, along with immersive training in sound healing-earning credentials under Stanley Lim and Master Sree in Nepal.
Blending structure with stillness, intensity with intuition, he supports individuals in cultivating strength, mobility, and inner awareness. At IMPACT Week, he shares how movement, breath, and vibration can reawaken vitality and deepen one’s connection to self and others.
